9am-5pm (CST). Additional hours are available upon request.
Inc. can provide your company with help-desk-style technical support for End
User, Author/Editor and/or Developer questions that go beyond the realm of
Folio knowledge of your internal IS Staff by simply calling our office at
Inc. can also provide technical support to the End Users of a commercially
distributed product. We can provide a toll-free telephone line and/or email
address to be distributed with the publication for future reference. When
your customers have a problem, they contact our skilled and experienced
technical support technicians for assistance.
