Performance Technologies, Inc. currently provides technical support services Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm (CST).  Additional hours are available upon request.



Performance Technologies, Inc. can provide your company with help-desk-style technical support for End User, Author/Editor and/or Developer questions that go beyond the realm of Folio knowledge of your internal IS Staff by simply calling our office at any time.



Performance Technologies, Inc. can also provide technical support to the End Users of a commercially distributed product.  We can provide a toll-free telephone line and/or email address to be distributed with the publication for future reference.  When your customers have a problem, they contact our skilled and experienced technical support technicians for assistance.
