Support is available for all FAST Search & Transfer products sold by PTI. Purchasing
annual license maintenance for your FAST Search & Transfer software licenses is a good
investment. It ensures that your personnel will always receive the
latest version number upgrade of your FAST Search & Transfer software licenses. It
also ensures that you will receive all bug fixes and technical upgrades
as they are released. Bug fixes, technical upgrades, and version number
upgrades are sent to you at no additional charge except nominal fees for
media and shipping costs. In addition, annual license maintenance
provides your personnel with technical support from Performance
Technologies, Inc. and FAST Search & Transfer if a software function or feature does
not work correctly.

relationship with a Texas-based CD/DVD replication house. Due to our
relationship, we can offer replication services to your company at
almost wholesale costs! The plant that we work with contains five lines
of state-of-the-art ODME/Toolex CD and DVD molding machines with
in-house glass mastering, in-house offset printing, in-house graphic
design and automated packaging. This plant has been in operation since
1995, employs nearly 60 full-time workers and runs 24/7 year round.
Turnaround times are among the best in the industry and we almost never
fail to meet a customer deadline – even in the busy 4th quarter of the
year. This plant frequently services high profile customers such
as Dell Computer, IBM, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Xerox as well as a
number of independent record labels.

out of distributing your commercial publications. We have plenty
of experience in order fulfillment and would be happy to provide
this service for your company. We have an in-house order distribution
database that has worked seamlessly since its creation. All that
we require is your contact information in either Microsoft Excel
or any ODBC compliant database format. It’s as simple as that!
